Are your products all natural?
Yes — we use plant-based oils and butters, botanicals, and pure essential oils. No synthetic dyes or fragrances.
Are they handmade?
Every product is poured, cut, wrapped, and labeled by hand in small batches.
How long do the products last?
Bar soaps last 4–6 weeks with good drainage; creams and roll-ons stay fresh for 6–12 months.
Are they safe for sensitive skin?
Our formulations are gentle and unscented options are available. For very sensitive skin, we recommend patch-testing first.
What ingredients do you use?
Shea butter, coconut oil, olive oil, jojoba, honey, oats, and pure essential oils such as lavender, peppermint, and bergamot.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 2–3 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking.
What's your return policy?
For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on used products, but if something arrives damaged or you're unhappy, we'll make it right.
